Volks, After a fair amount of time on the road one of the most significant challenges has been dealing with Insidious Insects & Bothersome Bugs. I have used a bunch of different Like many, I have found Deet (up to 100%) and a hard to find product called "Buhach" to be pretty good for some encounters. But a recent invasion of No-See-Ums in Florida got me thinking about what others have found effective. What approach do you use to deal with Mosquitoes, Knats, No-See-Ums, Black Flies, those nasty little biting lady bug looking things and other bug problems while camping. Sprays, lotions, coils, devices, dynamite, alcohol ... whatever. All solutions welcome. Be as specific as you can; - what is it - what does it work on - where to get it Tell us what has "really" worked for you and what hasn't. I'll summarize the thread and post for all to reference.
