Yup, my Sirius antenna is mounted on the dash. Keep in mind that this location DOES NOT WORK AS WELL AS MOUNTING IT BELOW THE LUGGAGE RACK!! I know, since I have tried both styles of mounting. When moving, a dash mounted antenna will cause you to lose the signal every now and them. With an antenna under the luggage rack, you will only lose the signal when you are in an area with dense foliage (forest, etc) above you.
