I respect cyclists as long as they respect the rules of the road. I have a big problem with people who blow lights or stop signs without even slowing down, ride on the wrong side of the road, etc. Unfortunately a lot of people around here ride that way.

I almost hit a guy once when he zipped across the street at a good clip, through a stop sign, using the pedestrian crossing. There were hedges on both sides and I had no way of seeing him until he was already in the street. If I'd have hit him, I imagine I would have been the one ticketed, too. :P
