Subject: FS: 1989 Vanagon GL 2.1 WBX auto trans in SF $2500
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

Please pmail me for details. Will be placed on ebay if there are no takers from the list by 9pm tonight. Posting for a friend.

Color is white. Runs well, 130K miles approximately. 7-passenger interior. Fiberglass bumpers front and rear. No side cladding. Test drives welcome. Proper Kirkland LT tires. Minor scrape behind slider. Little wave on driver's. Surface rust on hatch. PICS available later tonight.

He'll be looking to get $3K plus on ebay. Easily worth that in parts but this is a decent looking van for the money.

Option to buy with South African steel bumpers in place of the fiberglass ones at additional $100 cost to Buyer.

DISCLAIMER: Engine runs strong with smooth shifting auto trans. But since I am not a mechanic, I strongly advise you be, or retain the services of a mechanic to ascertain for yourself as to exact condition of vehicle.

BenT
