Boy!  Once again I'm impressed with Ron "Bus Depot" Salmon.   He knocks off
3 or 4 lucid well-written paragraphs describing the crux of the problem, and
then cuts through the BS and solves the issue in favor of the customer!  I
only wish 1 in 100 of the companies I deal with were as responsive, rational
and customer friendly!
