I've got H&R springs on my 87 GL. Cool looking but can give you a wicked ride
if you have the wrong wheels and tires on there. I don't particularly like
the raked (lower front) stance. Increases steering effort and transfers weight
forward. The stock Vanagon was pretty much 50/50 weight distribution.
