Unfortunately Minnesota has no law that says you have to keep right under any condition. Amateur speed limit enforcement agents abound in our left lanes.

Also unfortunately we have almost no center lanes, since our social engineering governments here stopped virtually all new lane mile construction 20 years ago. We do have a nice billion dollar trolley from nowhere to nowhere now, though.
