That is a very cool and very practical conversion. Want to see something really neat, check out the 4x4 short body sprinter about 2/3 of the way down this page: http://www.whnet.com/4x4/sprinter.html

IMHO, these are the vans of the future in the U.S. Just need to wait until they become more popular so parts and service availablity will be better, and used models will be available.
