Volks,

I've just added 30 more VW Shop Reviews to the North American VW Van Shop (Repair/Parts) Lisingt.

Current listing can be found at:

http://www.roadhaus.com/shops.html

Recently I put out a call for "Mexico Repair Shops" and received three inputs.

Considering the amount of VW Bus/Van people that travel to Mexico, I'd like to find a way to provide them with a bit more help.

Fellow List Member ... Phil Zimmerman didn't have any Mexico Shop info, but was able to identify a knowledgeable source of information in Cuernavaca, Centro.

Someone that "knows just about every person in the city".

So that got me thinking .... Perhaps within our community, we know other people scattered about Mexico that we might be able to use as "Local Contacts"..

If stranded, someone we could contact to help identify where to go for repairs or parts.

Kind of like the AIRS "Rescue Squad" listing.

So .... in addition to VW Repair and Parts sources in Mexico I'd like to include "Local Contacts".

Please email me at: roadguy@roadhaus.com

- VW Repair Shops - VW Parts Sources - Local Contacts

.....

Or if you know of experienced Mexico travelers that are not on our list,

but might be able to provide contacts ... Please put me in touch with them.

The director Ray Plankey, knows just about every person in the city.

Great place to check-out after screaming down out of the mountains and burning out your brakes!
