Bob, thanks for the answer. My concern is indeed whether or not the oil will leak out when I pulled out the lifter. I already ordered two push-rod tubes and 2 lifters from Ken. I think only one lifter is bad, but I bought a spare set just in case. I have a mechanics stethoscope from Sears. So, I'm going to listen for the specific lifter this weekend ( I think it is cylinder 1 closest to the front) and the take off he rocker arm assembly and pull out the pushrod. I hope that oil doesn't gush in my face when I pull that lifter out. I've got a lot of stuff drip in my face from my van over the years. ;-) Regards, Craig
