Greetings Volks,

Well, the heads are off and being tested. Some pitting on the head but none on the case. ( thank God )! Nothing snapped or got buggerd up. Took about 5 hours in disassembly.

I forgot to DE gunk the engine before I jumped in and started the disassembly really should have done it but forgot.(%^#@^%@%$#&.) This is really a good idea!

The second thing I should have done was flushed the cooling system with a system cleaner then with water prior to head removal. Live and learn

Now to make a shopping list.
