This is all about the Golden Rule. he who has the gold, rules.

If Ebay or PayPal get their hands on your money, you will play hell getting it back. They have your gold, and they rule!! However, if there is only enough in the acount to cover the transaction, they collect that and want more, to bad. You now have the gold --- in your other account --- and you rule. I'm sure you are not going to volunteer the money until everything is in your court.. I wouldn't. And if somehow they try to stick you with charges, well, "He who has the gold, rules!" Your money over the amount of the charge is safely somewhere else, so they can "stick it where the sun don't shine!~". They may hassle you and cause you aggravation and grief, but I you are right, to heck with'em. Just don't do business with them any more. I find more and more, there is always someone willing to hassle me to get more money out of me. And I don't play the game. If it gets nasty, I get even.

Best regards,

John Rodgers 88 GL Driver
