I'm sure it can be used to good effect, but I will never use it again. My experience suggests that it's ideal for sellers looking to scam someone. Once they charge your credit card and send out the money order Western Union washes their hands of the whole thing. You don't even have recourse through your credit card company because the charge was for a money order, not for merchandise.
