You're probably screwed. I've had occasional success rubbing "Goop" hand cleaner (the oily, smelly stuff, not the stuff that smells like oranges) into the stains as a pretreatment, then washing normally. The Goop loosens the stain, then the detergent washes out the Goop and the stain together.
