How do you folks with the modified (raised) engine covers deal with that as far as beds and such, the ones I see on fastforward.ca seem to have a "bubble" basically, I can easily imagine that giving someone a pretty good crick in the neck even if it was just a more firm spot in a thicker mattress. Do you raise the bed and put stuff around the cover (storage?) to bring that level?? If so how do you raise the bed?? modify the frame?? Do ya have pictures?
