Yup. I'm going down Thur 29th late after work so I can do my usual Friday exhausting bike ride somewhere. Abbey affair (tickets $25 advance purch. from Glen Canyon Institute .. info@glencanyon.org<mailto:info@glencanyon.org> ...or 801-363-4450 ... or $30 at venue) at Pack Creek Ranch is May 01, Sat. at 7 pm. I've got my ticket and an interest in what folks there will do to reminisce about him so that's where I'm goin' Sat.


All the way around just sounds like a good excuse to get together with some fine Van volks and the Abbey deal is just an add.


Just an additional thought: since I'm likely arriving in the area prior to the usual considerable masses for weekends this time of year, if I can "occupy" an area to the groups liking in advance of the hordes-arrival, please let me know. Be glad to.
