Mike,
I have heard specifically you can not run (legally) reflective tint.
There are many tints for homes that are almost like a mirror and will
reflect the sun like a mirror and that is the safety issue.
My point was that new cars have a reflective tint but it is very slight and
of course legal because its factory.
Dark tint is HOT and does not reflect.
