Several List members responded with good suggestions to my question but one suggested I get a meter and measure the actual voltage on my auxillary battery after running the engine to recharge it. I did and found that the battery is at 12.5 volts, a good level. So, I think my problem, if I ever had one is fixed. My monitor light goes to a yellow condition as soon as I turn on the fridge but now I know that the battery is being recharged by running the engine. Thanks to List members who took the time to respond. A lot of experienced people monitor this List and I recommend more of you post your responses to the List. |
