I'm going to take a wild guess that this is a van with an automatic transmission, and the transmission fluid cooler has sprung a leak. If so, you'll need to replace the cooler, flush the transmission to get the coolant out of it, and flush the cooling system to get the ATF out of it. Still not as bad as a head gasket. ;)
