Sigh...

The tank on your Westy is an ASTM tank, not a DOT tank. As such it uses a completely different set of regulations than your barbeque tank. Additionally, there are no OPD devices manufactured for horizontal tanks. If a retailer refuses to fill it, find a retailer who knows the rules. (Or go to the wholesaler.)
