After scrambling out from under the car, cursing, with a rust flake in my eye, one too many times, I now always wear safety goggles when I'm working under there. It only took me five years to catch on.

Not much to be done about the crud falling in my hair, but at least it doesn't hurt. I try to keep my mouth shut while I'm under there, except when I'm cussing. ;)
