With all the stuff you want to carry, it seems you've really outgrown the Westy. I used a single wheel trailer for years. If you travel toll highways, consider the added tolls of a trailer. All small trailers will bounce a lot so anything breakable will be ruined, even barbeque grills will be bashed. Everything will also get really dirty. You may also consider one of the sportsmen type trailers with the clam shell carrier built as part of it.
