We used an Outback Oven this past weekend at Everybus with great results. This was designed for backpackers and is small, light and easy to use. Four boxes of cornbread later proved it's usefulness to me and it can be used to make cakes, pizza, brownies and a bunch of other stuff.

Go to REI.com and do a search for product ID 653555 for more info. The cost was about $60 but well worth it!
