The need for this type of instrumentation escapes me. What puzzles me more is the wisdom of tagging an unqualified conductor onto the end of a unique shielded input to the ECU then routing it to the front of the van. It becomes one more fly in the ointment. In other words, if the van starts running like a pig, first disconnect the O2 sensor monitor before troubleshooting.
