I'm going to need to replace the speedometer cable on my '90 Westy GL 2wd. (single long cable). Can anyone tell me if I'll just be able to detach at the speedometer and pull the small cotter pin at the wheel, pull the old cable out of the sheath, pop in the new cable and reattach, or will I need to pull the whole thing out and then snake a complete cable assembly back in?
