I never had any doubt about big brother watching me with every purchase I
made.
If you want to opt-out of information sharing of your bank / credit /
savings / purchases you have to request the Opt-Out form from everybody you
do business with and fill it out.
They can still use your information for their own internal uses and share it
with anybody under their corporate shield.
The State of Texas and many others will sell your name to anybody trying to
reach a car owner.
I had immediate parts catalogs come in the mail when I registered my MG, VW,
Porsche that I never requested.
I have people that telephone from just out of the blue and they know my
birth date already.
It's hard to get lost in America unless your name is Rasanna Dana Dana or
Jose Garcia Garcia.
