I'm going to do the Jalousie window conversion to my '88. (Details to the project can be read in the May 2000 Transporter). Anyway, I got a J-window from a '75 and it's in fine condition except there is a very thin rubber weatherstrip that runs along the very top slat. It's dried out and cracked up. Anyone know where a replacement can be found? I don't even think the dealer could come up with this one - do you? I'm thinking of trying to make one from a winshield wiper replacement.
