Walt,
    Obviously the seller is a lier, or just plan stupid. He did not
take the best offer, (the lier option) or did not care enough to
ask others what they would offer, (plan stupid).  Ether way,
     Walt, I'm glad to see you can out smartered  people who post
OBO, as I think people like this want a bidding war to start, yelding
them a lot of cash.
