Subject: drilling out and replacing "snap" rivets
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I would like to remove the rear-most panel sections on my Westy. These happen to be the ones that have the rear hatch screen "snap" connections riveted through the panel and into the frame.

Does anyone know what size drill bit should be used to drill out the rivets, whether the old "snaps" can be re-used and what size of rivet should be used when it comes time to re-attach the panels?

Thanks...

Andrew '86 Westy
