I have a '90 Vanagon that runs rich almost all the time.  I've checked all
my connections and grounds.  Replaced CPU, air mass sensor.

Try adding a little 12v computer CPU fan to the interior of the fridge.
You'll be surprised how much the circulating air helps.

Have a fridge that seems to work better on propane than 110.

The main tube gets plenty hot when on 110 and the fins inside get cool but
not in a real cold freezing way.

like on propane.

I saw an article once on the westy fridge revitalization, how you can get
them to work like new when they get old.

Anybody have a link?

I know a new 3 way fridge on 110 works far better than this one.

Help! summer is fast approaching.
