Did this to the Carat about a year ago since I'm not a fan of power windows and the driver's side motor was trash. Process is simple: unbolt, remove (once you figure out how) and the manual pieces bolt right in. I sold the regulators and the switches but left the wiring in the doors. A friendly list memeber (local too!) sold me new door panels which were similar, but had different trim. Biggest thing was getting the stupid power regulators out! I found it's similar to learning to roll a kayak -- on paper it makes no sense, but once you 'get it' it's the simplest thing ever.

Keep in mind that the resale on the van will drop and that the regulators are worth A LOT of $$ if they're in good condition.
