eBay car sales story....

A former customer of mine put her piece of **** '73 MB 280SE on eBay and it sold for $3,400. The guy sends a cashiers check a few days later and tells her he'll pick up the car in about a week. After a month, and numerous unanswered emails, she sends a registered letter letting him know that she'd going to start charging him storage. Four more months go by and the guy hasn't shown. She lien sales the car for the storage fees and ends up owning it again. Pays me $650 to fix the car and has started driving it as her daily driver. It's been 7 months since the scmuck paid for the car and still not a word. The funny thing is... he's still actively buying on eBay.

Cheers,

Jeff www.vanagonparts.com

"I sold my auto trans blue sunroof GL for $2,200. I should have tried eBay! "

If you do ever use E-bate, be vague. Don't give much of any info. There are obviously many optimizes out there, with plenty of easy money to be had.
