It seems like every time this thread comes up, related to any list vendor or service provider, there is the usual flurry of pro and con emails. I think if I was the original poster, I would search the archives and tally up all the votes -- there are plenty out there. Based on my vague recollection, it sounds like customer service plays as much of a role in consumer happiness than initial product quality.
