I looked in the archives, but there was strangely not much coverage on this subject.

So I recently decided to get some nice new (and color coordinated) bed linen for my Westy. With my Passenger Syncro (with the weekend bed) I can use queen linens (the fitted sheets fit pretty nicely. However, on the Westy things are different. The "Full" size sheets seem to be the closest (at least in USA sized sheets) for the top bunk, but the thin depth of the mattress means that the fitted sheet doesn't really fit all that well.

Similarly a "Twin" size seems okay for the lower bed, but isn't quite perfect.

A message in the archives talked about 3/4 sized sheets in Canada. I was shopping locally (Washington DC) so this wasn't available.

On the other paw, the sheets I got are made of "modal" (new fabric material manufactured from Beech tree wood.) I love it. They are even the same burgundy as my Westy.
