Surprised no one else has mentioned it, but David at Fast Forward sells 46mm
long studs (10mm longer than stock) on his web site for 5 @ $19.50 (USD).

Thanks a bunch Bruce. I don't suppose you know the stock diameter and pitch
for our studs? I'm assuming they're 14mm but don't know if they might have
some other designation. As for pitch, I have no clue. Length I'll have to
figure out once I know what's available. I'm hoping McKenzie might know
these specs. Thanks again.
Jeff
PS. Can anyone answer my question about whether or not it's necessary to
pull the rear hubs to install longer studs?

Try McKenzie Performance. They have a lot of wheel studs available in
various lengths. I have always found them to be very helpful, their prices
are usually very good, and they ship quickly.
You can contact McKenzie through their web site (although you can't actually
see the studs - their site isn't set up that well), but at least you can
request a catalog, or just call and speak with someone. They should be able
to help you out over the phone.

I have no affiliation with McKenzie's other than being a very satisfied
customer (and I have dealt with them on numerous occasions).
Cheers,
Bruce
