"Looks honest to me." Honest? yes. Complete? no. Does he know
about the time his kid run over a curb, and didn't tell him? no.
I've fallen into this trap also. It's no fault of the sellers
ether, for ignorance.
The best you can hope for is if you would purchase somthing
like this, get there and find other problems that the seller did not
know about, they are reasonable, and give you back your deposit,
or discount the price, if you still purchase it.
So you got to watch every angle......
