The "orange stuff" is *usually* Dexcool, a formulation originally developed by GM for their newer vehicles. However, there are similar (but not identical) long-life formulations being used by other automakers, in a variety of colors. The "green stuff" usually contains phosphates and silicates, and is the older "standard" coolant. The "blue stuff" is VW's proprietary coolant.
