I got let off when a Police car popped over a hill before I dropped my lights down to low beam. Blinded the poor cop, 770watts of light pointing UP the hill! I watched him past me with his brake lights on so I started looking for somewhere to pull over. Long story short, he warned me to look further ahead, and kill the foglights. He also commented on my Cibie lights. When I got home I swapped the 80/130w H4s for standard 55/60w and replaced the 100w globes in the Cibies with 55w. I've still got 100w in the OE high beams, can't flash the Cibies. Ian Anderson. I'm night blind, what's your excuse? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Andrew Grebneff" <Subject: Re: Night vision trick (was "E-codes w/ 9004 bulbs?")
