This is mainly to help keep dirt out of the air cleaner.
If your in the city all the time, this piece is almost
not needed. You will not notice any performance
change at all.  If you need this, find someone dismantaling
a vanagon, or you can find this in a junk yard.  Don't pay
to much for this piece, because these are not in big demand.
