Sony also makes a higher resolution version that writes to CD-R discs...something to consider. I find floppy disks to be highly unreliable these days, often failing (and taking all their data with them) after only a couple uses. I suppose it might have something to do with the fact that a floppy drive used to cost $80 and now costs $10.
