Hi all im miffed i have a 85 westi stock 1.9L Digijet i have found a multitude of misc. problems that i have corrected such as: #3 injector corroded connector coolent temp sensor intermittent connector various small air leaks near and arount air distributor exhaust leak before O2 sensor spark plugs swapped out after gapping all wires check good all ecu pins test checks test good coil checks good O2 sensor checks good and is well grounded 1 wire style all grounds at 0 ohms intake air flow meter checks good fixed 4 push rod tubes and replaced 2 pushrods adjusted timing after swapping out distributor (plastic push on connector on distributor was cracked in half) but still worked fine timing was checked as per bentley but was close could not really dial in dead on. im out of places to look im not sure what else to check motor is hitting on all 4 cylinders and is just for a better word stumbling. the motor ran well for quite some time and then intermittently would "stumble" for a few minutes and i was usually where i needed to go so when finished i would return and just drive home without a problem. it progressively would be more frequent. i did power it through a stumble since i was merging on a freeway and had to just go. after that it ran normal again. then the day hit with the family it started in on a stumbling and it stayed so i limped home and put it on the lift and it has been out of commission for about 2 weeks with me finding other little things but not nailing the stumble. ideas i have to fix it are

1) take it to the dealer for a diagnostic test of some sort 2) leak down test to see if i have internal issues 3) injector test for spray pattern and volume( can i check that? how?) 4) adjust valves?? any ideas im running out. its either the 1st thing you look at or the last and so far its turning out to be the last. ive probably checked or tested more than the above items but im willing to listen to more suggestions short of igniting and collecting insurance. c-ya thanks Jonce
