hi all last night i took on the job of R/R stock push rod tubes with expandable double O-ring style. so i pulled the rocker shaft assembly and push rods to find 1 bent and one worn about 1/3 or the way through. so the last joker into this motor just put it together without care or time. 3 tubes out of four where bent up and staightened alittle and leaked a small amount. so off with the old and on with the new replaced all 4 push rod tubes with new seals and 2 pushrods from the 85 vanagon that i parted out. so everything should be just grand. will start today and time to finish it up. been missing driving it for the last week. c-ya Jonce
