One more thing ..... Sometimes when the drum hasnŽt been off for a while (or is worn down) the brake shoes might catch a bit on the edge behind DonŽt force the drum off, you will only break something but try to loosen the brake shoe adjuster through the little hole ( that might be covered with a rubber plug ) on the back with a little screwdriver .... YouŽll pretty soon feel weather youŽre turning it right or wrong since the drum will drag if you tighten them... Then use the hammering method but be a little gentle you might crack the drum if hitting too close to the edge and put a bit of wood in between to get a little bit softer impact, what you want to achieve is the drum bouncing off....
