I can't speak knowledgeably to the size issue, but we stopped in Seattle on our way home to Anchorage last August and while there had a black face Blaupunkt CD player installed. It was one of their lower price models though, as I am swapping it(if it fits) with the better grade one out of my Audi before selling it.
