Cut the screen out and throw it away! Unless you have kids of course...... I find that the screen does little in terms of protection. Make sure to straighten your fins with a fin comb if they are mashed up. Then blast the coil clean with citrus Coil Blast spray - you will increase efficiency and the van will smell good too.
