Mee too! I have a set out of the vehicle I want to retro fit to my 87 syncro and the foam is shot.

Looks to me that they are two halves that have been bonded down the middle. I think I will have use a hot knife to cut them open to get at the foam.

Any other suggestions would also be greatly appreciated.

I've thought about replacing that foam but couldn't figure out how to get it out. I'm guessing it acts as an air filter and air filters should be changed.

There must be a better way to get in there besided yanking it out through the plastic openings. Maybe someone on the List can give us a hint.
