Greetings

Hi, I'm 64

Bought my first van in 1988, a repossessed 1985 vanagon, with large sliding roof. At the time it had 75,000 on it. The purpose was to take a long trip to Alaska with my wife. I was very concerned because it had so many miles on it. Well, it now has over 200,000 plus miles. In 1998, we purchased a 1989 Westfalia, drove it for 6 years, recently sold it and bought an 91 syncro westy. I still have the 85 sitting in my drive way, enjoyed it so much I just can't seem to get up the nerve to sell. So many many wonderful times spent in the old van. My wife and I are both retired and spend a lot of time on the road camping and just enjoying the out doors, have been a list member since 2000 when my son bought me this computer. I read and enjoy the list on a daily basis.
