You could just have dirt / oil / road magnetic particles on your ignition wires, coil top, distributor cap or holding moisture in the spark plug seals. Give the engine a good spray down with Gunk Engine Cleaner, wipe out the inside of the distributor cap and just generally give the engine a good brushing with the cleaner before you hose it off. Pay particular attention to removing the coil and distributor wire and check down in the wire ports for corrosion.
