Remove the hose and bring to a hose shop to fabricate a new one. Use the newer material for the R-134A.

Greetings,

My 87 westy has a bunch of pinhole leaks just after the compressor connection in the first 6 inches of the high pressure hose that runs towards the front of the van. any suggestions on stopping the leaks without replacing the difficult to route $300+ hose? Route a cheaper hose routed conveniently? Apply molasses type compound & tape? Continue to sweat like a pig? I've read that soaking a certain sensitive area in a constant ice bath works wonders. Won't work for the wife though.

Mike
