I'm speculating that 80% or more of the people that own and drive VW Split Window, Bay Window and Vanagons are not on any of the Internet VW related sites. I've met a broad spectrum of VW owners at VW Clubs, Car Shows, Specialty VW Drag Races, Dun Buggy Races etc and the bulk of the world doesn't care to belong to a list. I've sold parts from most of the "Free" internet classified pages and find that I seldom sell to a list member. In the VW club I belong to I'd guess that there isn't anybody there over 27 years old except me and one VW parts vendor. There are about ten members that have busses and a couple of Vanagons.
